My name is Francis Marie
My love for cooking and baking started as early as I can remember in my abuela Goyita’s kitchen in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I was surrounded by my maternal abuela (grandma) Goyita, great-grandmother Meri, and great-aunts. As I got older, I gravitated more towards sweets and kept my viejas flan recipe and have been perfecting it ever since (with their blessing of course.)
